Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2000
The apartments have some structural problems-repairs have been done but not very well. . When I lived tehre th eroof leaked - the land lord repaired it himself.
The aprtment manager was relatively good. She tried to respond to repair requests quickly. The rooms are good sized for Florida. Parking is limited.
