I lived at this complex for 1 1/2 years, what a BIG mistake. Only the maintenance men know what they are doing. The two girls in the office haven't a clue to what they are doing. There have been three drug related shootings in the parking lot with injuries (their response was to not go out after dark or have a second lock put on your door, of course as an additional fee), someone was attempting to enter her apartment and was pushed in the door, raped and robbed. There have been numerous burglaries, cars were broken into, and the garbage is a mess. The credit checks are non-existant. They let anyone in for $99. So what do you get, you get low-life tenants who are drug pushers, burglars, rapists, and slobs. It is not safe to be in the pool without a male bodybuilder to protect you even in broad daylight..Tammy and Jacqueline are the worst leasing agents on the planet. They are only interested in who puts up the best Christmas lights.
