In response to the negative article dated 9/2004 the information is not true. All potential residents are approved through Lincoln Check for credit & criminal background. For crime statistics you can contact the Margate Police Department at any time. We are professionally managed by Lincoln Property Company (one of the largest management companys in the nation) and if you have any questions, concerns, we are more than happy to assist you.
