I have lived at the Fairways of Carolina since August, 2006. I am more than satisfied with the complex. The office staff are extremely friendly. Maintenance issues are taken care of effectively and efficiently. The complex is quiet and filled with very nice, well mannered people. The apartments are of adequate size and the rent is very fair. I am a vey satisfied tenant and would recommend this complex highly.
