Who the heck is recommending this place' This place is a DISASTER. The appliances and fixtures are disgusting and cheap and, when they break, they are rarely fixed. This place has a decent facade, but is horribly maintained. Things go unkempt by the staff forever and there is pet poop EVERYWHERE despite the fact that they will "fine you" if you are caught not picking up Fido's business. I can hear everything that goes on next door at all hours (and I mean EVERYTHING) and there'a always something wrong around that dumpster. It's super dark at night and I feel completely unsafe to be out in the pitch black. Plus, it is clear that they throw together the apartment for the next tenant. Their is caulk all over the floor and permanent stains that they don't bother removing in the apt. GROSS. Wall outlets are in the weirdest of places and you can even see the refrigerator cord run along the countertops. How stupid, right' This place is cheaply maintained for way too much money. The only thing it has is a great view, but what good is the view when nothing ever works... this includes the over-chlorinated and frigid pool and frequently out of order hot tub. Did I mention they lock the bathrooms at the pool' Where are you supposed to pee' In a bush' Hah! Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere...
