This place is filled with nasty rotten kids, especially one mean fat one. The tennis courts are broken half the time. They are constantly screaming, including at night. Garbage everywhere.

The pool is constantly dirty. One time I saw poop in the hottub - seriously. The manager is mean. There is a bunch of stray cats running around.

The lake is disgusting - filthy, garbage, gross foamy thing on the edge.

All in all... your average Margate Apartments!
