I don't swim in the lake -- the ducks do that, so I don't know or care how clean the water might be. It's mostly quiet though sometimes people stand out on the sidewalk late at night talking loudly, which is annoying. Overall, the service is pretty good and the service people are mostly quick and helpful. There was a snotty woman in the office when I first go here, but she seems to be gone now. All the other ones are very nice.
