Very poor customer service once youre lured in

Let me begin by saying that I LOVED the layout of our townhome and the nice scenery around the complex, that's where my happiness ends. We recieved very poor customer service once we signed our contract. We were bombarded with red ants inside our home for two months the first summer and then tiny ants everywhere (EVERY room in the house)the next for over 6 months until we finally moved. The pest control man came out only twice, despite my numerous calls to the front office. The parking is HORRENDOUS. There isnt enough parking for all of the tennants, therefore they park on both sides of the street leaving little to no room to drive between. Also, just before we renewed our lease, they switched management companies. They told us the lease was the same and nothing would change, however, they increased our garage rate without notifying us and then gave us a large "past due" bill, months later. Also when we went to break our lease, they conveniently couldnt find the addendum we signed stating that we wouldnt be penalized for breaking the lease if we were buying a home. Bait and switch....
