I have had nothing but a great experience living here at Pinebrook Pointe. Yea the parking situation isnt that great but as far as the apartment goes I couldn't be happier! I would advise anyone who is looking for huge patios and apartments and great views to come take a look. Also as far as being on Sample and Rock Island. I live close to the road as well and dont seem to have any issues with the noise. I think if you have a problem you should present it to the office. They have always seemed to help me!
