More problems then Comfort for a home

I did enjoy living here at first then things in the house started to fall apart like the fixtures in the house. And we had a really bad problem w/ants. It took a while till they went away. The electric bill is outrageous mostly because the insulation sucks and the front door dosen't have a rubber stopper so all the air escapes. The parking is horrible one spot per apt. And everyone parks in front of the garages and blocks cars it's a mess. And the people that move in next door are loud up at all hours of the night, slamming doors, their trash is everywhere it's like the 8 MILE moved in next door. The only thing I do LOVE is the layout of the townhome and the nice view and spacious patio's unfortunatley the management SUCKS. And the poor golfers that try very hard to make it in the hole and their balls end up putting huge dents to your car.And the trees that are by the parking spots will over time damage your car as well.
