Parking is a nightmare to the to the point that tenants block the throughways where emergency vehicles cant pass. The amenities are used more by surounding complexes tenants than ones that actually live here. A family member contracted pink eye after using the gym once. The security gate is not operational on an average of one day a week.

this place is like a slum. The garbage overflows and rats run around. The pools in the back get posted by the Margate Code dept. because they do not have enough chemicals. I have lived here for 3 years and it just never gets better. i have complained about the pools from the beginning. of course we wer told the front pool is heated. Lie! there would be security.Lie!! The parking is unbvelievable and can not be to code. I can not tell you how many times I have almost been in a head on becauae people park right on the corners and there is no room and other cars come whipping around. it is only a matter of time! the gym gets broken into all the time. They tell you your water bill for 1 person should be about 35 a month. That is those they even tell that there will be a water bill .Well, for 1 person and even if you are not there hardly at all, it is about 50 dollars a month. Tell me how that is fair. i have had things wrong with my apt. for 3 years and never fis=xed correctly, including what may be the coil on my a/c and the vents that need to be cleaned and a smell in my cabinets that all make people sick. That have made people have to leave my apt. Not to mention, guests having to leave because there was nowhere to park. Insane. start digging up some of the property to make spaces. There is a big sign "Luxery apts". Well, the price is, thatv is for sure!
