i have lived here for quite a few years now and it is just absolutely horrible right now. it gets worse and worse everyday. to sum it all up, you can tell the property manager doesnt care because the whole place looks pathetic. parking is horrible. although it is assigned no ones cares. people park behind you so you cant get out, they park in front of garages so you cant get by, they even park on the grass because they know they can get away with it. it is not like the front office will do something about it. also, the maintence is horrible. i have a work order from 01/06 and now it is 04/06 nothing is fixed from that whole work order. "we ordered the parts and we are still waiting for them." ya right 4 months later i dont think so. they just dont care. as long as they get your money thats all they care about. they could care less whether you are happy or not. they will just threaten to not re-new your lease once it comes time. trust me it has been done to me. whats the point of signing a contract' its not like they hold up to their end of the bargain.
