Wow...talk about Lack of Customer Service Skills..Besides the fact that Hurricane wilma was almost a yr ago and nothing has been done to fix roofs, landscapping, walk ways etc...wonder why' Go into the leasing office..what u will see is an "ASSistant Manager" sitting on her fat ass in her office...getting paid..by all the residents!! to do NOTHING!! If you want to move here..talk to a leasing agent and NOT management!! Annisha will do what it takes to please a "customer"...and that is what customer service is all about! Corporate should re evaluate there management and make changes for the best if they want to continue doing business!
