Gee, can you figure out which reviews are written by the leasing and management staff or their rental friends/spys' Just look for any of the ratings that are positive. I find it absolutely hilarious that you would write a review as an employee Aneesha. This is a website designed for RENTERS to write unbiased reviews. Our reviews CAN'T be BIASED because we PAY RENT every month and we don't have a JOB tied to our rent.

Your review is motivated to save your job because of all of the bad reviews written about you and the rest of the morons that work in your office! Of course you're going to write a positive review because all of the negative reviews are about you and the rest of the staff in the office.

Quite frankly, I can live with the parking problems. I've lived in large metro areas where you had to park a block away every night. But what I can't live with is absolutely incompetent people like yourself who think that blowing people off is just part of the job and "it is what it is". That's your problem. You have no concept of what good customer service is. If you did, you'd never make a comment like "it is what it is." You'd get off your fat lazy ass and change things or do us all a favor and quit.

You guys are finally doing something about repairing the roofs, I'll give you that. Unfortunately it's about a year late. We got really lucky this year and didn't have a hurricane. Thank god, because if we did, there would have been so much damage from the lose tiles.

I find your staff's attitude completely apathetic and unprofessional. That is why I'm forwarding these comments, along with all of the rest of the comments in hard copy to the BBB, the City of Margate, and your corporate offices.

And yes, we chose to remain anonymous. Why, you might ask' Because we don't trust any of the people in your office to do the right thing because you've proven that you won't unless websites like this bring to light exactly how incompetent you are. We've already tried to request that you help us without being anonymous. We've all probably brought things to your attention over the phone and in many cases in person. We were greeted with rude, nasty, and unprofessional behavior. Many of us feel that if we let you know who we are, you'll find a way to evict us or raise our rent again for no reason. Of course we're remaining anonymous. Do you think we're ALL stupid and that we're just making this stuff up'
