Seriously folks lets be HONEST! U renewed Ur Lease 5 yrs in a row!

I have been reading these comments and I have to say that i think it's extremely unfair to the property when one circumstance occurs to try and slam them with a bad rating. Not to mention the fact that you renew your lease year after year. Honestly, dollar for dollar this place DOES have the BEST square footage in the market. The bedroom sizes ARE the largest. Things happen at EVERY property EVERYWHERE. It is the nature of our business. Anyplace that tells you otherwise is not being Honest. Do your DRIVEBY and see that Pinebrook is a remarkable property. Agewise the property hands down is immaculate. Yes I am an employee and yes I am a resident so it's not about making us look good. If you know apartment hunting then you will appreciate me giving FAIR MARKET comments on a good product. If you don't like rules than of course you'll rate negatively. If you don't like the fact that we enforce our option to NON RENEW LEASES than you really aren't going to give us a fair rating now are you' If you think Community Policies are harsh here than you definitely are not ready for HOA's because it doesn't get any easier. By then you are locked into a Loan or mortgage. C'mon residents, I know 95% of you and I know that you have renewed several times over the years so be honest with your rating and don't base it upon isolated AC incidents because even in your home an AC or Plumbing problem can occur. It is what it is! And no i don't have to be anonymouse because I love my residents and they love me! (: The one's that don't still deserve & receive exemplory customer service! Whehter they yell and scream at me or bring Starbucks and Subs! IT DOESN"T MATTER. WE ARE IN THE SERVICE BUSINESS AND THAT"S WHAT WE PROVIDE! Hey, why don't they create a website to rate Residents and the abuse they give office staff' Just kidding! (: Annisha

I just read your response to one of your residents' complaints.... found it interesting. I am a friend of one of your residents and have endured her complaints since the first month she moved there. I myself am a former real estate agent who worked exclusively in Margate and Coral Springs and have to say my experience with Pinebrook Point from that end was always good. But that was over 7 years ago and apparently things have really changed there!!! I also lived in an "apartment community" and I have to say, I never encountered the problems my friends are. If an appliance went on the fritz, I called mgmt., and by the time I got home from work that day, there would be a note on my kitchen counter explaining what was done, at what time, and by whom. I am now a home owner and your comments comparing how problems are handled by your staff and how my husband and I handle problems within our home, such as AC or plumbing problems, was just plain silly. Of course we encounter problems...like you said-everyone does. But the big difference is we take care of the problem IMMEDIATELY. We do not have to contact a secondary party, wait for them to make a report, hope the maintanance man shows up for work, etc. We make ONE phone call, maybe wait a couple of HOURS (not days, or even weeks!!!!) and get the problem solved. So, all that being said, I hope that the New Year brings a renewed interest for the management company at Pinebrook Point in correcting all the problems the residents are currently having.
