I have lived at Pinebrook for a few months now, and the development/area is nice, the apts are large and for the age of the buildings they are in fairly good condition. Also, the rent is about average for the area. Unforunately, the office staff and management company are completely rude, and totally incompetent. In the few months I have lived here I have had to contact them for various maintenance situations, and every time I talk to someone in the office, they act as if you are bothering them, they are disrespectful, and a maintenace request takes about a week for someone to come out. There is also a major parking problem, one spot per apt (even the 2 bedrooms) and about 3-7 guest spots for every 1-2 bldgs. (Which is an obvious shortage.) SO, residents are forced to park in the fire lane and then pay parking tickets and have the fear of their car getting towed, to which the management says it's not their problem. There is also a garbage problem, with very few dumpsters that are not emptied often enough, garbage is constantly spilling into the parking lot and attracting animals such as racoons etc. I would suggest looking into an apt where you may get less apt space, BUT a lot more customer service.
