here I go...
I think first of all the ratings and comments can not statistically be proven or represent the majority of resident's feelings. Of course, in the service business to keep everyone HAPPY is near impossible. You will always have someone who will raise hell for any minor or major incident... but things happend once in a while. The apartments are great.. the place is fine.. good space and living conditions. Management staff is very good and professional.. they do a great job... tough to handle 400 customers!
And those who complain about the lack of parking spaces... I suggest to them to travel around the world, compare, get out of your little comfort zone, THERE ARE MORE IMPORTAN PROBLEMS IN THE WORLD... (try parking and living in a big city NYC, PARIS, ROME)....
SUMMARY: GREAT PLACE SO FAR.. GREAT LIVING CONDITIONS! DO NOT BUY WHAT A FEW SAY...
