Parking:
Yeah. It stinks. You have one assign space and an option to rent out a garage. You have people parking in the no parking zone all the time. One time I actually saw someone back right into a car in the no parking spot. Not a good thing. If you have viewed the apartment you'll see why the van backed into the car. There is just no room. We opted for garage. We think anyone that going to rent here should invest in one.

Noise Level:
Not bad. We haven't really noticed anything. We live on the first floor. I mean no and again, we'll here something like a loud metal rod falling on the floor, but that's about it.

Grounds:
I think some of the srubs needs to be replaced. But overall, it's really pretty. Not really right now though, due to renavation. But I really think after the repainting of the building and the new roofs, the place will look really snazzy.

Safety:
Even though it's a gated apt complex, safety is an issue. My boyfriends truck got broken into. Ripped the door handle right off the truck. And our neighbors from the same building had the truck broken into as well. Invest in insurance, because the apartment isn't going to do anything about it.

Construction:
The building itself is great. Plenty of room. But it's old. Our water heater gives out, and we requested it to be checked on twice. The maintance crew said they have highered up the thermostat. I don't know what that means, but it still give out 4 minutes of hot water and then goes cold. And our exhaust fan doesn't work in the bathroom. Which we told them before we moved in. But that didn't get fixed. I guess that wasn't important enough. But everything else works well.

Maintenance Service quality:
The maintencance crew is good. But if you have a pet, you can't get anything done unless it's over the weekend, and that's if they are booked ahead of time. And if there is an emergency, good luck. The number they give you for emergency goes either straight to voicemail, or just rings forever. So.. good luck on that one.

Office staff:
A great bunch of people. They do their job. But they could do a little better on getting the maintance stuff a little bit more gun-ho about apt issues.

Overall :
It's a nice apt complex. Great price for the square footage. Come on.. a 1 bedroom that's 1021 square foot with a garage for a $1100. That's not bad. That's plenty of room for 2 plus pets. I love the patio. It's a nice large on too. I like the place. And with the paint and roof, the place will look really really nice when it's all done. Me and boyfriend will re-lease.
