When we first moved into this complex, it was one of the nicest in the coral springs area, but the maintenance of not only the building structure, but landscaping has gone way down hill. There are large splotches of dirt everywhere, the "lawn-service" hacks up perfectly good plants and kills them (the ones that haven't died due to broken sprinklers)and the gutters and roof tiles are hanging from the buildings. Our appliances are old and ------ and our AC is very inefficient. The electric bill is 2x as what we payed in our last 2/2 apartment. Our hot water heater constantly breaks and leaks and the pipes "scream" when hot water is used- a a problem they told us could not be fixed. The parking is horrible, and the trash is piled high every morning- they tacked another $5 onto our rent to pay for "trash". The remodeling of the buildings is probably only because they are going condo, because we know Altman Properties doesnt give a ---- about its residents. Im saying the latter, because we have written about 10 letters with attached pictures and not received a single response. furthermore, the property staff is apathetic to out needs; not to mention the lack of security in this complex. There are always many robberies from cars and apartments- so get an alarm, bar your windows, and get a big dog. DONT MOVE HERE; WE ARE NOT RENEWING OUR LEASE!!!!!!!

THEY WILL BE THE NICEST PEOPLE UNTIL YOU RENT AN APARTMENT!!!
