Everything about this place is great... Except parking.... what kinda of BS is only one parking spot per apartment... most people who live in an apartment have at least 2 cars. AND there is no guest parking. seriously tear up some grass and make some guest parking that way my guests can come over without having to worry about getting towed or getting a ticket!

Actually, the problem is the people that have 2 cars and who bring their guests over as well. It's not a party place folks, people live here. I'm actually hoping the managements starts towing more of your asses because I pay to rent for a garage and I'm a bit tired of having to drive around you and your dumb ass friends who park right behind my garage. By the way, there is guest parking available in front of every building here, except some people are too ------- lazy to get up off their ass and use it because they don't want to have to walk a little bit. Give me a break, quit parking in the handicapped spaces and behind the garages and tell your dumb ass friends to stay home. If you want to congregate with your friends, find a damned bar so the rest of us have space to park. Unless they're living here, they don't need to be parking here. And no MOST people living in an apartment DO NOT have 2 cars unless they have a roommate. God knows if we had more than one car we could afford to buy a house and wouldn't live here.

Well, actually there is not enough guest spots in the complex or people would not have to park on a curb and get tickets!!!! As far as with 2 cars most people have to work these days and 2 cars are needed to get to there jobs!! Also not all cars are expensive to own!!! In todays world it take two to survive. If one person can make enough money for one not to work I would then say they could afford a home but most who rent does not have the money to buy a home!!!! Not everyone has a guest over to party some may want a parent or relative to visit. Every guest spot is filled up do to not enough guest spots or parking spaces provided. Yes people do park away from there apartment and walk and there is still not enough parking!!
