Maintenance is horrible, takes too long to fix necessary appliances. There is no communication between the office and maintenance, so it is hard to find out if anyone is working on it, or the status on the repair. The leasing agents have horrible attitudes towards residents and geusts. They have a minimal attitude, good luck trying to get them to do there job, much less help you with something that isn't lease related. The complex is going downhill, i don't know how they screen prospective residents, don't think they care, just want to keep high occupancy. Any positive reviews are obviously employees.
