I've lived here for three years now. When I first moved in this place was excellent! They fixed thing when I needed it fixed, Management and Maintenance guys nevered bothered me. Kids played outside and the neighbors were nice.. Only thing that was bad was the parking.....Now dont judge me after you read the next things I say. I pay my rent every month on time and im very well liked by my neighbors. I am the typical good resident.
About a year or so ago new management moved in. This once great place to live has now, not to offend anyone, become a concentration camp! "Bobby" the new leader here, is about as worthless as they come. Everytime you call to talk to the guy, hes never available.... And if you happen to make the mistake of just talking to the regular office staff about you problems or concerns. Expect to follow up several times if you want them solved.. Now to the maintenance guys. The two main ones are about as arrogant as a person can get. They will disrespect you and you kids. Especially the one with the "hair do" and piercings. I guess the only thing that did get better after the new Regime took over is the parking, which is still a nightmare. So if your looking to move into a place that will tow your car, give you a note on your door once every couple weeks of what you are violating, or be harassed by maintenance guys who are full of themselves, and dont forget our spineless leader bobby, who will never solve you problems, but will enforce every unnesessary rule he can find, move in here! Or if you take any advise from any of us here that take the time to warn you, look else where. Oh bobby, I will not be resigning this year! Thanks for chasing all the good residents out.

I have also been here for three years. Yes the parking is as bad as it gets. However, I do have a garage and use it for parking and not storage as a lot of folks do. The maintenance people, yes there were two guys who had their noses stuck high in the air. One even walked out on my wife and talked backed to her. I confronted him and asked if he good medical coverage... He laughed and I had to get in his face. Some how because he is a big guy, he had nothing to fear... Long story short, he got fired.. The manager has toned down a lot. The towing of every car has stopped.. Only the cars truly parked in illegal areas are towed now. Oh yeah, the maintenance gut fired was working with the tow company... Sorry you felt you had to move as this is a great place to live. The apartments are probably the best around!! Also, the new management is keeping this place manicured as the last two management teams were not doing this. If you have more then one car, expect to get at least one garage if not to two if you like to have visitors. Very few guest spots. If you have dogs, you will need to pick up after them or they will evict you after one warning. That's a good things. I like to take walks and step in the waste left behind by thoughtless and non caring people who believe that if it's not theirs who cares. If you want big apartments, nice grounds, plenty of trees and competitive rents, this is a great place.
