Customer service sucks..maintenance sucks

I moved here a year back.. Customer service sucks.. The girl ROSE is impolite and rolls her eyes in front of you. She is just a -----..and never answers a question straight.. moreover, there is no communication between the office and maintenance. The complex is good with nice views but apartment office just sucks..parking is never easy for guests
