This is getting out of hand! I cannot see how anyone could allow their residents to be treated with such disrespect. She ignores your concerns, like someone else said she "rolls her eyes at you", talks to you as if you are a child and, believe it or not I went in there one day and I was talking to her she told me to hold on a min while she made a personal call.

Everything else about the property I have no problem with maintenance is great but, if you tell Rose you need them to come out, you may as well have told the wall it will get you help before that incompetent creature ever will.

Some may say just ignore her but she's always there like a small guard blocking you from talking to the real ppl in the office that actually do work.

Do yourself a favor until she is gone stay far far away

OMG! what a terrible person you are! the only person I see that should get fired is you! for writing such a nonesence Immature comments. I've live here for 4 years and Rose is always pleasant on helping anyone.I couldn't see Rose as the type of person that would disrespect you in regards to any of your concerns.. Everything that you've said about Rose is totally an opposite.Taking or making a personal phone call? hahaha...you are making me laugh! she is the only person that I think wouldn't take or make a personal phone call specially in front of a client or during work hours! Get a life! As far as living here I'm very happy.The property is by far the best community you can find in the area.

I did not write the original comment, but completely believe it. The first response must have been written by Rose. Rose is a horrible person, harsh, but I can say that because I used to live there and she could care less about the tenants. When people depend on you to help them with the apartment they call HOME, you need to take them seriously. She has a complete lack of respect and could care less about the tenants. The type of attitude best suited for toll booths or fast food joints, not an employee of an apartment complex. On a side note, Tammy is pretty cool, if you need something, make sure she knows. Good luck to any current residents.
