I've lived here since they first opened. Now I know you get the good with the bad, but it's new constuction=you can here your neighbors conversations. I moved into the 3rd floor thinking I wouldn't have to worry about hearing anyone above me. Not so true! Neighbor's kids are running around on the second floor and it sounds like they are above us. And if your neighbors have surround sound forget it, if you are in your bedroom with your door closed you can hear it and when you have a ten month old you need your sleep and dont want to have to worry about him waking up.

Now to the office staff. Janet, the property manager, is a rude -----. But when I let her know about my neighbors loud music she reacted quickly. She sent them a 7 day eviction notice. I guess when you pay your rent b4 the 1st they want to keep you.

Maintence is awesome. My AC broke (weird since its brand new!), but the fixed it right away.

Parking is awesome I live in the last building and there's a ton of parking spots around...I dont know how it is in other buildings though.

Also I hope you have good credit when it comes to the security deposit. When we first came in with good credit you pay $700...thats including all the other fees with a dog and everything it can get expense.

Now since this is located on Atantic Blvd and just west of Lyons Rd. When you want to go west you have to go east on atlantic and take that big loup around lyons...its a big pain in the ass!

I will not be renewing my lease, my new neighbors throughout the building are too loud and ghetto! They like to hang out in their cars at 2 am and blast their music. And I cant take the noise in my apartment. For paying $1170 (the first year we paid $1050)I'm not dealing with that crap. Theres a one bedroom apartment with 5 people living in it!!!! The floor above it 4 people living it in!!

BTW one of the neighbors that moved out got broken into on the first floor throught the sliding glass door.

UPDATE: I moved out January 21. I had my walls painted different colors so to change them back we went to Home Depot and bought antique white contractors paint. Once we were finished the place looked like new...no stains on the carpet everything was scrubed clean so we did the walk through and the girl ok'ed everything and signed saying that everything was alright. Now February 14 I get a call from Janet the manager saying that the paint isnt the right color and if I want I can paint it right to get my deposit back. I tell her its too late we have a signed paper saying that everything is the way it should be, but she says that doesnt matter. So now i'm taking legal actions. I do not recommended moving here...all these people want to do is to scam you. Now I didnt know I bought the wrong paint until I put the paint on the walls, but of course i'm not going to spend more money ($50-$100) on paint because of them...its too bad the girl made a mistake....if anyone ever moved in the wouldnt notice my in laws (who helped paint) are in interior decorators so I know that that it looks great. My only concern is what if I decided to paint it and just do it so I get my money faster...would they then complain about something else'' Its just not fair. I told Janet that we were going to take legal action and she doesnt care. But pure plain and simple she doesnt care about anything.

I hope you won. You should - as long as your lease didn't mention the specific color the walls needed to be or anything like that. Oh and btw in case you didn't know - the law gives them 30 days from the expiration of the lease to send you a Certified Return Receipt letter detailing what they claimed on the security deposit. They can send it regular mail or post it up on your door but when it gets to the nitty gritty in court - the judge will throw that out - and rule in your favor as they didn't properly notify you. Oh and this is also too late I'm sure but if they send you a check, don't cash it. Cashing the check is like accepting their terms.
