i have lived here for almost a year. the management is horrible. and they put these stupid neon colored parking violations stickers on your car for no reason. even if u park perfectly and have your decal displayed. it seems like they only put them on during the day. so if you dont work during the day and your car is in the parking lot you'll probably get a sticker. sounds funny but it true. and they put then right on your window or on the door, you cant remove easily they leave this sticky residue i had to use WD40 to get off and then clean the window. the sticker doesn't specify what you did wrong, so you never know.

the security is always asleep. and the gates are always open.

the neigbors upstairs seem to be running a marathon upstairs, and you can hear everything. you can also hear the people passing by outside with the windows closed.

the maintenance is good though and the overall appearence is well kept. the safety light outside my hallway has been out for over a month. parking is ok. no assigned spots. don't bring guest though, they'll get a violation sticker on their vehicle.

they location is good but if you need to head west its hard, because the intersection at lyons rd and atlantic must have be designed by a retarded monkey. you can only go straight or right, without going around on a ramp. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
