I am living at vista verde for almost 4 years and it was pretty good. But the management is horrible. There is no compassion or warmth in the management. In these hard times their policy is that if your rent is late after the third of each month , your rent is now at market rent. How is that sensible, if you cannot pay the current rent' Their policy is ridiculous. Their policy is that, the only way you can break your lease, is if you are called in the army. Crazy! The complex is now half empty. People move out after while because they find cheaper apartments and rules are not so crazy.

the management is BAD!!! they make you pay an extra security deposit for pets but they dont change the carpet before a new tenate moves in.. no REAL security for residents and they are paying for it. lock one gate and you have to travel around the entire apartments to get in or out.. no red lights when leaving complex.. horrible trying to leave for work in the morning because too much traffic. if they put a traffic light it would be eaiser. BUGS come in under doors.. NO DOOR STOPPERS.. LIZARDS AND BUGS always come in. the place smells like mildew at all times.. complaints to management gets no responce. can put bicycles on your patio.. fines apply if you do. no bar b que grills allowed..
