In the five years I have been here I have seen a dramatic change in the management as well as the tenants. The allow anyone to move in now and of course they bring their entire extended family. Just last year with pre warning, the started making you pay for your water. Their response to this was that they have extra people using water in various apts. instead of confronting those individuals the decision was made that would impact everyone, so if you only have 2 people residing in your place and you are hardly home, your water bill could be $50-60 a month based on someone else usage. In addition, due to the change in tenants, I have had two incidence of someone trying to break in, there answer was for mew to get extra protection on the windows. Maintenance worker serves in several capacities from collecting rent to maybe getting around to addressing your complaints. They are not certified. I still have duct tape around the knob fixtures in the shower to cover the missing tiles and cracks that I complained about. They go back and report to the office manager that all is fine and then when you tell her she gives explanations and excuses, instead of witnessing the work for herself. I still have water leak stains in the ceiling from two years ago, in which they said they would paint when they were through fixing the roof. Parking is horrible. Each person as 1 parking slot, but no guest parking. Because of the extra people living in the apts (in which every as a car) they take the limited guest spots an use as their designated parking. As a result I have had guest ticketed $25 by the City of Margate for covering the sidewalk as they parked bumper to bumper behind my car so as to not be in the road. Certain spots have become drug selling locations from tenants and their guest. Five years ago the quality match the price, today you will surely get what you pay for-- dissatisfaction
