bad this is the worst place ever. when you move out they tag on charges that should not be charged for. come on charging so you can resurface the tub and counters. If you would update the stuff it would not need to be resurfaced. it is over priced for the crappy apartment you get. DO NOT MOVE

Great place I really like this place, the people at the clubhouse are friendly and helpful. I just renewed my lease and got a good deal. The common areas are well kept, the maintenance crew respond fast to any problem with my unit. The best is that they are a pet friendly community.

Nice Place I moved in 1 year ago. I have NEVER had a problem. The apartments are upgraded. They are well kept. There are some cons but they are minor; for example, there are racoons by the trash and they lanscape early in the morning. I work from home I have never had to file a noise

Don't do it. What a wretched place. No customer service huge rent for small places. Section 8 housing, always loud with someones car and music feeling the need to let everyone hear what ---- they are listening to. Front gates never work, even if they offer you 0 move in just pass.

Stay away from this place. Blue Isles is a Section 8 substandard housing community. Very little attention is given to who or what moves in here. Drug use and dealing in the streets, a laughable "gated community", the management is totally inept - or possibly doesn't care -
