Massive 3 bedroom apts, clean, safe, inexpensive sec-8 plus they were just renovated - definately makes this our #1 choice of places to lease in the Marianna area.

wow after reading all the new reviews and find this old one the place looks like it went down hill quick too bad someone didnt get a grip on the problem when it started
