Most expensive, but also the largest apt in the area. Sounded like the upstairs apt had a horse running around in it, very noisy. Lot of rot either from weather or being so close to the ocean, balconies were falling apart. Staff was horrible and the place is very child unfriendly. Slow at replacing burnt out lights in breeze ways and parking lots. Pool was outstanding and location is great.
