I can fully say that this is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The apartments are clean, bug free and very well maintained. All buildings are concrete block construction, so even though the buildings are situated next to a busy intersection, (Eber & Babcock), you only get minimal noise. Assigned parking makes sure you never have to worry about finding a space though I wish there was a little more visitor parking. Maintenance is quick to the task and always takes care of things the first time, at least in my experience. The office staff is great, Cindy and Ellen both are a pleasure to deal with. The grounds are mature and also well taken care of which adds a nice touch. If there is an opening and you are looking for a place I do recommend it.
