Personally we have lived here for near 2 yrs and am looking forward to re-signing our lease. We moved in after the storms in 2004 to apartments that were UNdamaged. (compared to the blue tarps everywhere else, especially near here.) The floor plan was the larges available in melbourne for the price and the screened in patio is the largest also. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly with us and have been since we moved in. Everything from storage units to Andretti's to the grocery is less than one city block away. (including the cheapest gas around) We have never had a problem with noise and the last time i checked the emergency responder vehicles were supposed to be loud as to facilitate them getting to the emergency faster. Also, i have never lived anywhere in a city where i was unable to hear those sirens when they were unfortunetly needed.
