This apt complex is by far one of the worse run complexes I have ever dealt with. A golf ball will hit your car and you go t0 the mgmt and they tell you they are not responsible and then they tell you to go over to the Harbor City Golf and then they say they are not responsible. So needless to say you are living here at your own risk. 4 women run Caribbean Isle and that sepaks volumes in itself. I am a female myself and I can tell you, those are the most disrespectful, catty women I have met. They are more concerned with their wardrobe than trying to help tenants. The apts are overpriced and they will still try to con money out of you with things they feel you are responsible for. If I can do any goodness in this world, let it be preventing you from making the worst mistake of your apt history. Stay away from here.
