This complex used to be nice but is deteriorating in every way rapidly: no upkeep of the buildings or property, and the people they are renting to are a whole new class (as in LOW). Complaints are given lip service, period. All the decent tenants are moving out and it's no surprise. Can't wait to join them unless things are turned around dramatically, quickly.
