I lived in Caribbean Isle for 7 years and was, near the end, a horrible experience. Management seemed to run all the good employees out so the "snotty" ones could move in. I had several problems with noise, in which the management failed to provide the services they promised. In their contract they state several violations in reference to noise, animal, cleanliness, etc. Not once did they eforce their rules. There was dog crap everywhere. I could not open my front door or windows without the foul smelling ripping through the apartment. When the adjoining neighbor smoked, the smell was apparent from the outlets and cracks in the walls. Each of my neighbors had dogs that barked all day while the owners were not home. Management was notified and never corrected the problem. Contacting management only, somehow, created tension between me and the neighbors. There was no professionalism whatsoever in problem-solving. The women in the office are completely 2-faced and should consider alternate careers.
