I have lived here for a year and a half. This used to be a nice place to live but things seem to be going downhill . The people who spray for bugs never do a good job. I have cockroaches comming from the apartment beside mine. Also ants are always comming in front window area. The other week i saw what looked like termites around my front door. There is rotted wood around my windows and doors. Water stains around the top of my front windows. I have complained to management about all of this and nothing has been done with any of it. The dishwasher does not work, it never gets the dishes clean. Maintenance has been over several times and it still does not work. It is old and wore out. A few months ago my apartment flooded out because of the water heater bursting at two in the morning. Now my apartment smells like mold and alot of my belongings were damaged. The back pool has been closed several times because ducks go through the fence and crap in it all the time. I can't walk over to the playground with my child without stepping in dog crap. It is everywhere! The police are here two or three times a week. I could go on and on but all in all i will be glad when my lease is up .
