It?s unfortunate that there are so many negative, unhappy people in this world. I work in the Leasing office at Caribbean Isle and of course, I know your thinking.... I wouldn?t dare say anything negative about the property and that I would have a biased opinion towards the property being that I work here. By the way I?ve also lived here too, for the past 21/2 years! Truthfully though, it is just very sad that it is a fact that "unhappy" people want to vent and twist things around to make things seem alot worse than they really are. On the other hand, "Happy" people just continue on with there happy life and unfortunately dont necesarily feel the need to go out of there way to express how happy they are. This goes for Where you live, places you may go to dinner etc.....

For instance.... One that may have a bad experience at a restaurant will probably tell about 12 friends not to go there based on that one bad experience. While there may be many people that love that restaurant and will probably only tell a few people to go eat there. These are just statistics.

I do however apologize to the Resident?s that are not satisfied w/ the service we provide and hope that they are communicating there problems clearly to us in the office.

I can tell you with a very clear conscious that the staff at Caribbean Isle (both office and maitenence) are very dedicated and commited to providing great customer service! I do realize that we cannot make everyone happy but we certainly try to!!!!

So please, when reading these ratings, take into consideration that there are MANY "happy" Resident?s that live here. We have Resident?s that have lived here since the property was built in 1991. That?s got to tell ya something about how nice it is to live here, right' I hope that this positive review makes a difference because we, at Caribbean Isle really do care!

YOU ARE LIVING IN A TIMEWARP! This place sucks, ------is totally unprofessional, has no people skills, and cares nothing about residents. The management must be highschool dropouts!

You are so full of it. You charged my credit card $300, then denied my application, but refuse to charge my card back. You tell me I have to wait 2 weeks for a check, yet I paid by credit card. That doesn't make any sense. The whole thing is a scam.
