Unfortunately this property suffers from a poor excuse for an owner/management company. They refuse to spend money on anything decent. The workout room is in really poor shape, the landscaping and grounds are horrible, bugs are everywhere and the list goes on. The owner/management basically spends the least amount of money on anything to do with this property. Quality is not and never has been a concern with them. The bottom line, however, is a huge concern.
