This week new management took over this property. In just one week you can see a dramantic differece in the property. The office staff is actually FRIENDLY!! Maintenance even comes to take care of residents within the same week instead of 2 months later. My apartment was very badly damaged from the Hurricanes and no one did anything until I talked to Cassie and Vanessa this week. Already, my apartment has been remodeled. The walls were replaced and the carpet replaced. What an improvement from previous management. I would not have recommended this property brfore but now I would say definately give it a try!!!!

Not a single resident was handled this way. It is interesting that either Cassie or Vanessa MUST have their own computers and like to post here on occasion. They are extremely unprofessional and UNRESPONSIVE.
