While searching the internet for the phone number here, I came across this site.
While most of these posts seem to point out flaws, I am sure that there are some good things to say.
We moved in here in mid November, from New Jersey. I have had more problems with my moving company than the apartment complex. Sure there are things that need to be fixed (but I have been in worse).
I have found my neighbors to be very pleasant, and the building very quite, our apartment faces the golf course, and there is constant golfing traffic, and we never hear anything. Ok, so you may hear the shower next door, but that is about all. When we moved in we had a brand new stove, and a newer fridge, the dishwasher is older however (and works just fine). Our carpets are brand new, and aside from a shotty paint job, everything looks fine.
We did have a bug problem, but called for extermination, and put traps around and all is fine, but you get this anywhere when you live in an apartment complex. You know how you keep a home, but what about the neighbors'''
Vanessa has been great, and tries to get everything done that we ask. I am sure that the change in management will make a huge difference.

Vanessa needs to be demoted to parking lot sweeper. She keeps ZERO promises. I STRONGLY disagree with this post.
