Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
More and more overpriced for low quality living. Feels like a housing project anymore, especially the back section. Construction projects half-finished everywhere, lighting out everywhere, lousy landscaping. Friendly office staff but poor follow-through on even basic service.
