When I first moved in a few years ago, the complex was occupied with professionals, and it was nice place to live. Now, I can't say that. I feel like I'm living in a housing project, or down by FIT. Nothing is ever repaired when requested, and the complexes are literally falling apart. All of my neighbours have maintenance requests that have never been addressed, and the landscaping is a joke !! I don't recommend this place at all. The rents not cheap, but pay a little extra and get some piece of mind, because you won't get that at Caribbean Isle !!
