Great if you don't value your health

The management does not uphold their landlord responsibilities in regards to Florida Statutes 83.51, Landlords obligations to maintain the Premises.
No roof for 2 1/2 months, mold, mildew, water damage to apartment walls and ceilings. The management had a very lackadaisical attitude about performing any repairs. After giving them 7 days notice to repair the damages or we would vacate, the repairs still were not fixed. We incurred many health problems, and now management is refusing to refund our deposit for terminating our lease early.
The amenities are a joke as well, the hot tub has been under renovations for months, one of the pools was closed more than it was open, and their "state of the art" laundry facility was nothing more than a sauna, especially when they refused to open any other doors to allow air through.
