If you value peace and quiet and your sleep do not rent here. I haven't had a nights sleep since I moved in here due to excessively noisy neighbors. There are frequent arguments between couples in the parking lots which become very noisy and a non-stop stream of cars booming their stereos. There is no playground as advertised and the "sparkling pools" are filthy, that is when they are open at all. Management does nothing about people in violatoin of leases and just repeatedly tells you to call the police.
