We moved here only six months ago and are already on our way out. Management is not receptive to fixing anything. Don't even try the supposed emergency maintenance number because they do not respond to it anyways. The current management (10/17/05), is the rudest and contains the poorest level of customer service skills ever. They proceeds to swear at tenants over the phone and tell them to move to another State if they do not like the conditions here. Management is poor and we do not see it improving anytime soon. Watch out for pest infestations. The once-a-month pest control is a joke. Also, you are not permitted to use another cable service other than Telemedia. Be prepared to get DirecTV. Ensure it is not buried in the ground or you will get a notice of non-compliance. This place is democracy at it's worst and do even try to complain or try to correct them because you'll find yourself answering to the law!

Couldn't agree more;it gets worse monthly. What once a month pest control? Haven't seen that here for over a couple years! Absolutely no incentives offered to keep long-term tenants; in fact, completely outrageous rent increases at renewal time. And now a horrible new color scheme--apparently going for a camoflaouge look
