Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
office not very helpful,maintenance very poor,pest control is a joke(non-existing).hot tub has been down for 15 months now.every time office is asked why and when will it be fixed a differant answer is given.parking sucks sometimes.they keep raising the rent way to much for this place.laundry room is discusting.but they are starting to fix this dump up,new roofs and a lovely shade of puke green paint.more bad then good here.look eleswhere.just friendly advice.
