I have 3 more months until my lease is up - thank God. Back in Dec. I posted and the problems are STILL there.

My dishwasher has been broken for over 2 months, along with 1 of my ceiling fans. I have called and written them notes and have received NO response. Well, they did call me back once, about a month ago, and promised a brand new dishwasher within the week but that hasn't happened.

My front door light is also out - that's been going on at least 2 months. I too have to use a flashlight to see the keyhole. I just wonder when somebody is going to slip and fall in the dark and sue these bastards.

I've also noticed that the gates to the pool areas are always unlocked, even at night. They're lucky some child hasn't gotten in there and drowned yet.

Bugs galore....nasty prior-tenant smoke smell filling the entire apartment...trash blowing around outside all the time...no working dishwasher....no working ceiling fan...and the absolute WORST "customer service" (hahaha). Took my rent check to the office the other day - the office person (Brian') was on his computer, saw me standing there, and didn't acknowledge me for at least a full minute.

Oh, I love how they're trying to make the place "friendly" with these stupid events (Saturday breakfast, Valentine's candy, Bingo). JUST FREAKING FIX MY DISHWASHER AND CEILING FAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BTW, as far as I know, this place hasn't turned condo. The very thought is hilarious - who the hell would want to buy one of these pieces of crap'''
