I have lived in this rat hole for the past 2 years. When i first moved here it was decent, but ever since the first bad hurricane season this place has been hell. The management must not need any training to get a job here becuase thats the level of customer service and skill they have. They are so rude and there is no reason complaing about anything becuase even if you complain everyday all you do is agravate yourself. I had really bad water damage that after 10 months of fighting with them, their solution just painting right over it. I can't turn my air off or it smells so bad. They told me there is no mold but i find that hard to believe. The lights in the place forget it, one went out 7 or so months ago and has never been fixed. now the one by my door went out and they said they are not fixing it till they paint the complex! And the way they do things here it could be a year before that happens. SO now I have no lights and have to use a flash light to see the key hole! I don't know what the hell I pay rent for becuase no lights, mildew oh and how about the lovely roches. since the first hurricnes i got a hole in my celing that they took forever to seal up so i have roches everywhere. I would have moved out last year if i could have found an opening somewhere. Finally i am happy to say I am leaving this ---- HOLE at the end of this month. I am breaking my lease and they do not deserve any of it but for my health and safety its the only thing to do. so after you have read this and everyone elses if u still are going to move here....well you must be on drugs. Anywhere would be better then living in this awful place!!
