OK... for those who are here checking reviews (all of which are right on the money), you've read about the 5 "robberies" (with no sign of forced entry) here last month. Now, as a resident, you would come home today to a fully roped off "crime scene" outside one of the apt. buildings, with one police car and two CSU vans parked there... and when you asked management what was going on, you get a tight-lipped 'No Comment"' Excuse me, but don't I PAY RENT every month' Shouldn't I have a RIGHT to know if there's been a crime committed, oh, say 500 FEET from where I live''' Or were they just hanging out' I mean, come on, get real.

Anyway, that's par for the course around here. Management is more than content to keep residents out of the loop, despite what they may say. Got a noise or domestic problem' Don't count on any help from them! Theyll tell you to call the police. Also, if you do actually need something, don't be surprised if the office staff is running out the door 15 minutes early (and this happens frequently)... and then they'll act like THEY are doing YOU a favor by actually, hm, I don't know, STAYING UNTIL THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO CLOSE! Again, aren't the residents paying their salaries''' They'll send you a nice monthly bulletin about their great staff but the fact is, the turnover at the front office is terrible - other than the manager and asst. manager, every couple months the rest leave or are fired... and then you go through the process of having to deal with clueless new employees all over again. Its a pretty insulting experience living here, and its becoming less and less safe every day God only knows how they are going to sell units if this place is going condo like some have suggested. I STRONGLY recommend you look elsewhere for an apartment there are plenty of other complexes in the immediate area here where the rent is CHEAPER, you have less problems, and they look cleaner and nicer to boot!
